Military Ball

Please make plans NOW to attend the All Service Academy Military Ball at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel in Orlando on Tuesday evening December 29, 2009.
 
The West Point Parents Club of Central Florida is in charge of the event this year and we hope to have a HUGE Navy presence at the ball.
 
Please make note of the following important details:
 
This year, Army will be offering tickets on a tiered scale, depending on when reservations are made.
Here are the prices:
 
1. Checks received in October = $50 per person
2. Checks received in November = $55 per person
3. Checks received after December 1st = $65 per person

IMPORTANT:  Your midshipman's ticket is NO CHARGE as long as you are a member of the USNAPCCF. Be sure to indicate seating preferences in a note with your check. List everyone you are paying for by name. This is necessary to be sure everyone in your group is seated together.
 
Room reservations are now being taken at the Rosen Shingle Creek, (407-996-9939). Room rates are $99 per night. You MUST mention the Military Ball to receive this special rate.
 
Pictures will start at 5:30 this year. You will see a proof that night, and will be able to take home a special, bordered photo for $10 if you wish. There will be a bald eagle for pictures as well. During the photo/reception time, there will be a silent auction. These items will be very nice, (weekend stays, art, etc.). So come prepared to have fun with that!
Also, NEW this year, each mid/cadet in attendance will have their name in a drawing for door prizes throughout the evening, (gift cards, small gifts, etc.). The drawings will take place after dinner and they must be present to win.
